/car and /dv commands

This script allows you to use /car and /dv command, /dv means delete vehicle so it deletes your current vehicle. Car command allows you to spawn a car and if you will not write any car in the command adder will be spawn. Pattern of command usage:

1. /dv
2. /car {car name}

Example for /car: /car adder
