La Mesa PD Helicopter Pad Addon

This YMAP adds a helicopter pad to the top of the building at La Mesa PD. The map is upgraded with lighting, landing lights, and fuel pumps.

This YMAP gives the PD another place to launch a helicopter from and the ability to refuel when running low. The helicopter pad is located on top of the back building which has exterior roof access ladders.
